The modern workplace feels lifeless, an idea many of us sense, even if buried in our subconscious. Why is this? Capitalism has never been stagnant. Over the centuries, it has transformed into various forms: Industrial, Mixed-Economy, and Postmodern Capitalism. But, are we witnessing the rise of something new? Perhaps reminiscent of Marx's concept of 'Dead Labor'.
