Back in the heyday of shopping malls, it was impossible to stroll through the myriad of stores and kiosks without spotting someone holding a see-through plastic cup of Orange Julius.

Even though almost every reputable mall had an Orange Julius hidden somewhere in its winding corridors, it was rare to find someone who had tasted it, even fewer who actually enjoyed it, and almost no one knew what it really was.
